Welcome to TFX Services (“TFX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (the “user,” “you,” or “your”) and TFX Services and govern your access to and use of our websites, digital platforms, memberships, events, communities, educational programs, media, communications, and all associated products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

4.1 Pricing and Payments
Some Services, including memberships, event access, digital content, and premium programs, require payment. All prices will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services.

Payments are processed via third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms and authorize TFX to charge your payment method for the total purchase amount.

4.2 Subscriptions and Renewals
If you enroll in a recurring subscription, your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal term unless canceled prior to the billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by contacting customer support.

4.3 Refund Policy
All sales are final. Payments for digital products, content, memberships, and other Services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Refund requests submitted due to dissatisfaction, lack of results, or unmet expectations will not be honored. We may, at our sole discretion, review individual refund requests in exceptional cases.

5. Results Disclaimer

TFX does not make any guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or success from using the Services. Testimonials, success stories, and user feedback provided on our platform or in marketing materials are individual experiences and do not reflect guaranteed or average outcomes.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that personal effort, discipline, and consistency are key factors in achieving any measurable progress, and that TFX is not liable for individual results.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to videos, written content, graphics, digital downloads, templates, code, designs, branding, and trademarks are the intellectual property of TFX or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials,

  • Create derivative works from our content,

  • Share content with non-paying users or outside parties,

  • Use any of our intellectual property for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing,

  • Upload or transmit malware, spam, or disruptive software,

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation,

  • Interfere with the operation or security of our platform,

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack any component of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user engaging in such behavior, without refund or prior notice.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services for your convenience. These external resources are not controlled by TFX, and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, or policies. You access third-party services at your own risk and are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any behavior we deem inappropriate or harmful to the community. In the event of termination:

  • Your right to use the Services immediately ends,

  • Access to member-only content will be revoked,

  • No refund or reimbursement will be provided.

You may also cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TFX and its affiliates, team members, or service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits,

  • Service interruptions or access delays,

  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access or user errors.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TFX, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of your rights and responsibilities.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes or claims shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a competent court of law located in London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by law.
